Dreams - Middlebrook

Debbie was very friendly and extremely helpful - this was my first visit to a Dreams store and I was pleasantly surprised. I had planned to visit the Bensons for Beds store, but I noticed the Dreams store when I parked up and headed there first, I didn't make it to Bensons.

Friendly and helpful staff, who are knowledgeable and approachable. We went with a vague idea of what we wanted but came away buying exactly the right products.

The store assistant that helped us (his name was Saph, apologies if it’s not spelt this way) was extremely dedicated to finding us the product and the deal we were looking for. He really listened to what we were after and what our budget was, he then proceeded to authorise a discount to get the items and a load of extras at the price we wanted. Really impressed that he went to the trouble of getting quite a sizeable discount.

Dawn was exceptionally helpful to us and very patient while we’re choosing the right bed.

The digital bed Assessor was very helpful. The staff were attentive yet knew to hang back when we needed time to think. They let the toddler wander about without issue (the store was empty). We even got a free brew and were allowed into the warehouse to look at the exact mattress we were buying to make sure we were happy. A very good experience all round

The staff member was friendly and welcoming. She helped to assess our needs. Wasn't rushed or badgered to buy. Order processed in a matter of minutes.

Debbie at the Middlebrook store was really helpful and friendly when assisting us with what we were looking for. She was really attentive and went the extra mile by being so lovely to our little girl. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to help us with our purchase.

Anne was extremely helpful and the bed selection technology was impressive.

As soon as we walked through the door we were offered assistance, which was very helpful and made finding a bed and mattress very easy.
