As soon as we entered the store the assistant Sam came over to us to ask if we needed any help which we did! He showed us the two beds that met our criteria and then after using the scanner he spent a lot of time with us so that my son was able to choose the most suitable mattress for him. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs and made plenty of eye contact. He offered us water and coffees and made the whole experience an enjoyable one.

We found Pete the assistant very friendly with no pressure which is a pet hate of mine. He helped me us choose our mattress and left us to mull things over a great guy.

The lady who helped my parents (Dawn) was very helpful and talked them through what was best for them and let them try a number of mattresses until they found one they was happy with she then went through the prices in detail and also give them a discount

As soon as we renters the shop we were greeted by a friendly sales person. He offered us drinks and listened to exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. He spent a lot of time with us going through lots of different mattresses and what would meet our needs the best.

I don’t usually write reviews. I had to on this occasion as I was phenomenally impressed with our experience. Dawn greeted us at the door and explained the Covid procedures and measures being taken in store. As a nurse who has worked frontline throughout this pandemic, this was clear advice and there was plenty of hand sanitiser, wrapped pillows, social distancing being employed. We were offered a drink and the chance to discuss our needs. We are moving house and had not intended to buy on this visit, we were so impressed with the sleep informative bed which helped us narrow down our choices, we ended up buying anyway. Dawn was relatively new and while she didn’t need to, she asked for some advice from a colleague for some of our questions and both she and Tony were attentive, honest and had our needs in mind. On a personal note, I was experiencing significant back pain that day. I was not rushed, my pain levels were managed with regular opportunities to sit down and treated like a friend rather than a customer. I have told everyone about the high standard of customer service I received and I am looking forward to my new bed. I would highly recommend this store and the team.
