The staff were friendly. In particular Dawn. They were knowledgeable about the products and made us feel very welcome.

We were highly satisfied overall. The store was recommended by our daughter. The gentleman who served us was very helpful.

There was a good range of beds to choose from and the prices were competitive. It was my first visit to Dreams and I was treated like a valuable customer. The assistant who dealt with me was professional, polite and friendly. I even got a cup of tea whilst making my choice (a nice touch) and at no time during my time in store did I feel pressurised to make a purchase.A first class customer service!

We visited about 40 minutes before closing last week, and were met with the friendliest service from both work colleagues on site. They ensured we viewed all relevant beds, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each that applied to our specific requirements, nothing was too much trouble. as the purchased bed was for our daughter who was not with us at that visit , it was suggested that when we return with her we make use of the mattress 'tester' to ensure her complete comfort. we returned on Sunday to find the exact same enthusiasm and good natured service from all staff we interacted with on that day. initially we had planned to visit a number of shops to compare all options, but after visiting your store felt no need to look elsewhere as we were unlikely to experience better service anywhere. well done, we were very impressed.

Dawn was very helpful and informative without being pushy. She went out of her way to find the right product, listened to our price range and found us an excellent product

Your staff were brilliant, offering us drinks and making us feel very welcome. A much better experience having tried one of your competitors first as they were closer to home.
