Store assistant (Sam) was very knowledgable, friendly and not pushing the hard sell. Took time to understand our needs and requirements, referred to us on a first name basis. Manager interacted with us, and was friendly. First visit to Dreams and Dreams in Bolton. Impressed with the store, especially with COVID guidelines, felt safe in store.

We was welcomed by Sam who was really helpful and offered us to try the sleep match was offered a bottle of water , also bought a tempur pillow which he brought a couple for me to try . A really good experience over all . Tony the manager was very approachable and friendly.
