The sales assistant Saf was very friendly and helpful making choosing a mattress easy without the stress.

Went To The Stockport store on a really bad weather day first thing i was offered a drink. Told The assistant Whos name was Taylor want I needed .she then put me on the test bed . was offererd another drink was then shown a selection of mattress that met my needs tested those out the sorted out the divan base .was given a delivery date which i was allowed to put back a few days .all in all a very good visit ..Taylor was really good and another assistant was very pleasant im a 70 year old and nothing was to much trouble no rush ...Well Done

Member of staff, Saf was very knowledgeable. Courteous. Listened to our needs. Showed us the Dream Machine. Talked through pros and cons of each product. Never felt pushy. Had a calm engaging demeanor. Really really impressed!!
