Very welcoming as soon as we walked in, sanitising station with water bottle available which was a night touch. Gets staff, listens to what I wanted and showed us exactly where to find the correct products, showed us alternatives and allowed us to make the decision on which one we was looking for. Knew a lot about the product which helps. Service was nice and easy, easy to understand and spoke us through everything

I booked an appointment, from walking in there was someone who came to us and stayed with us all through the process explaining all aspects of the mattresses, he wasn't pushy and when I gave my price range that wasn't an issue, excellent service with warm welcoming friendly staff.
