Visited Dreams at Middlebrook Bolton in my lunch hour following a visit to Next where the staff demonstrated zero knowledge of their own products and declined to assemble beds or collect old mattresses. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products and the delivery /assembly service available. He was incredibly helpful around dates that would fit in with my house move and whilst totally adhering to COVID guidelines managed to make it the only enjoyable and remotely normal shopping experience I've had since shops reopened. I need a second mattress once I move and will not hesitate to come to Deeams
