The service from Gemma was excellent, polite, thoughtful and very considerate. Their cleaning whilst in store was constant and excellent. I also watched as another member of the team, very politely challenged a customer that came into the store without a mask. He handled the situation very well and the customer stayed, so well done, it was great to see.

I was impressed with the analysis of my sleep/posture but most of all by the sales assistant, she was knowledgeable, friendly and generally very welcoming

The lady really spent the time to ask about our child and how she slept before pointing us in the direction of the best mattresses and height of beds to suit what we was looking for.
