Sales Person (Sam) at Middlebrook was very helpful and interested to give the best options available to us, whilst not being pushy.

The sales person - who I think was called Saf - was very helpful, informative, knowledgeable and polite and was a perfect representative to support your business in store. He was not pushy or over-zealous in any way and was quite happy to help us make up our own minds as to our needs. Although we left the store to shop around and compare prices, VFM and deals elsewhere, it was Saf's overall can-do and helpful attitude that inclined us to return to Dreams to order a new bed-frame and a premium mattress to go with it.

The range of different mattresses, divans and headboards was great. the main reason though was the person we dealt with. It was Debbie at the Bolton store, on the Middlebrook. There was no hard sell, she was very knowledgeable and time spent trying options was no a concern at all, we never felt rushed. Debbie offered and made us a coffee, it was just a lovely buying experience.
