Dreams - Middlebrook

We visited the store in middlebrook, bolton and were served by Sheraz, he showed us a range of mattresses and encouraged us to try the interactive bed that shows you which type of mattress would be best for you. We were hesitant to buy on that day and didn't feel pressured at all. We then came back a month later and Sheraz served us again in which we made the final purchase.

Everything was so easy. Was my second visit to the store. On previous visit, Dawn (Middlebrook, Bolton) helped me identify the right bed & mattress for my needs. This visit I wanted to place the order, however I spotted a different bed that met my needs better and Dawn quickly did price comparisons allowing me to make the decision to go with the new bed. Bought bed, mattress, pillows and bed-care. I had requirements regarding delivery of the bed and these were easily accommodated. Liked the prominent placement of sanitiser at store entrance. The bottles of water are a nice touch too. Very happy with product, service and delivery. One huge negative. The items are for my (very) disabled aunt. She has been fully self isolated since March due to health issues. I was given bags and told that her mattress and bed has to be put into the bags prior to them being taken away - but I would struggle physically to do this and my aunt is quite incapable of doing it, but if we don’t bag the items they won’t be taken away! We have to endanger my aunts life by getting someone in to do this task! Surely there is some provision for assistance/compromise in these circumstances?

Dawn who assisted me couldn't have been any more helpful. I’ve usually bought previous beds either from Argos or ordered online and never really thought about the kind of mattress that would be best for me. She was really helpful from the second I walked in with a friendly and cheery greeting to find out what I was looking for. She advised there was a wait for the sleepmatch so we could either have a complimentary bottle of water if we wanted while we browsed the display of bed frames. Some people entered the shop behind us and were also greeted in the same way advising there was a short wait etc. All of the customers in the shop were served in order of entry’s While trying the recommended mattresses I was offered a pillow. Which was also helpful. While shopping in store the Covid guidelines were clearly being followed with staff wearing ppe and screens in place at the order point. I also noticed hand sanitiser in several locations. I feel that the service was professional and helpful. I would recommend to my friends and family to visit your shop and ask for Dawn to serve them.
