I enjoyed my visit to the Middlebrook store, all the colleagues where lovely and could not do enough to help. The process was simple and explained very week. Amazing service would recommends and return.

EASY STRAIGHT FORWARD PROCESS.

Debbie was approachable, informative and helpful, gave us measurements, prices with a smile. We went away ,returned 2 days later and Anne took our order with ease and delivery info. Also best coffee ever!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Debbie was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product and really made you feel at home whilst you where shopping.

Sarfraz was our assistant, he was very helpful and certainly knew what he was talking about. He explained everything great detail and we were very happy with the service he provided.

Came in for a look and Eunice was superb. Went on the mattress tester and she picked a range of beds for us. We meant to go back to get a mattress we'd chosen, but we ran out of time. Went back 3/4 weeks later and she remembered us and helped us chose our bed. She even stayed passed her finish time to get our order through. Definitely went above and beyond what she had to do.

We were served by a lady called Taylor and we couldn't of asked for better assistance. She was very friendly and approachable and understood everything we wanted and went through many options

It was fast and easy to get what I needed and the lady was very helpful
