Clair the assistant was very helpful with us as we slow walking ,she had time with us showing us the sofa bed ,so yes we were very satisfied thank you

staff gave us space to look around, and were very attentive when we needed them, lets us try various beds and pillows to find what was right for us, this is not the first time i have used dreams we have always found them first class and that includes the aftersales service.

Lee Morris has a great knowledge of the mattresses we were looking at and helped us choose one that would be ideal for us, without pressure to buy.

The consultant Lee was very knowledgeable and even explained to my husband how to assemble our new bed. He explained payment options and was very personable and approachable.

Firstly , the ambience in the store . It was relaxed and relaxing ; just what is needed when making as important a purchase as a bed .
