Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Myself and husband was welcomed as soon as we entered the merthyr store ,we were assited by the store manager Stuart.we both laid on a bed to see what was the recommended bed for our needs.I must say stuart was full of knowledge .He needs to be commended with his service skills ,Cant wait for our delivery . MR MRS GAILIS.

The colleague kelly was extremely helpful

Kelly was very helpful with what my requirements were and gave recommendations when I wasn't sure of what I my requirements needed

From the time I entered the Dreams store at Merthyr Tydfil I was greeted by to kind and extremely pleasant sales colleagues. They took a lot of time listening to exactly what my requirements were. A brilliant and friendly service from start to finish. WELL DONE DREAMS.

We were greated as soon as we entered the shop and told if we need any assistance to ask, we immediately told the lady what we were looking for and from then to actually paying was made do easy and she was very helpful and not at al pushy.

The sales assistant Stacey was very polite and understanding and not pushing you into anything, and very patient with me for trying out all different mattresses

I was highly satisfied because of Kelly's knowledge and helpfulness
