We found the exact bed we wanted. We were analysed for the correct mattress - which enabled us to be directed to a perfect mattress. Mike was very knowledgeable and hospitable, he seemed to know exactly what we needed and wanted.

Very helpful staff member who guided us through the process without being pushy at all. Good knowledge of the products allowing us to try them out at our own pace without hovering. The employee was very approachable.
