We first visited the store looking to purchase on Saturday 29-08-20. The sales person Kelly was incredibly helpful on that day and ensured that we had a great shopping experience. The mattress matching machine was also a great way to find out what type of mattress we really needed. The experience left is with much to consider. Then on our return to the Merthyr Tydfil store (31-08-20). Kelly again was a great help to ensure that my final purchase was exactly what I wanted. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding to the fact that if I was going to be spending this much on a mattress it had to be the right one. I am glad to say that with the help of a great sales person and my partner Wendy I am now the proud owner of probably one of the best nights sleep every night of the week for years to come.
