As I have a lot of problems with my back and legs Claire was very accommodating to my needs. Asking if we would like tea, coffee or water, which was bottled. We would definitely come back 🙂

From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left we were given exceptional service my Stacey. We had no idea on where to start and she walked us through everything stage by stage. One of the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly members of any staff of any store I have dealt with. She is a massive credit to your company

All the staff were extremely attentive, very pleasant and informative. Nothing was too much trouble, and we weren’t on a time scale Stacey was a delight as were the other two ladies who were on duty. Especially as the one assistant was experiencing us as her first customers, but was fully trained up with the knowledge to explain the bed that was computerised (amazing)!! I wish to thank the staff, and in particular branch manager Claire at the store in Merthyr for their positive, approachable manner and helpfulness throughout our shopping experience and right through to the safe arrival of our purchase (which was delayed due to a fault being noticed at the depot). Claire was proactive in sorting this problem out, for which we thank her. When the new mattress was arrived, the delivery staff were friendly and considerate, ensuring their shoes were covered and careful moving around the house. Overall very happy with the service. The staff were attentive and bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. I needed a bed within a week and they went through all my options with me and made sure I got the best product.

We were shown the computerised bed. The print out it gave was the type of bed we eventually chose. With 0% interest just what was perfect. Our sleep expertwas Claire who was very understanding with a particular problem we were concerned with
