The Sales assistant, Lee was very helpful, he explained in detail about the benefits of each mattress shown for my particular needs, i am disabled and in a lot of pain. He suggested using the machine to measure how i slept, which i was a bit concerned about and made me feel very comfortable about what would happen etc. He did not rush me to make any decisions but showed me a number of mattresses which would be suitable. It was a pleasure to not be preasurised in to making a sale. He was funny, kind, helpful and that is what i like when i am buying a product.
