Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

Amy the assistant was so patient and had a vast knowledge of all the products. It was her knowledge and patience that led to the purchase. This was the 3rd dreams store I had been to so had some idea of what I wanted which was a double base. Due to Amy’s patience and knowledge I purchased a king size base, mattress and headboard. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend that particular store to friends and family.

From the first step into the shop, it is well laid out, and I looked for someone to ask, Stacey, was available to answer my queries. The process was fun and I was happy with the way I was treated. Stacey makes great coffee too.

Kelly was great , gave expert advice and did not overcrowd us or pressure us in any way , but guided round the shop and sorted us with the correct mattress for our needs .which was quite challenging as we both need / like a different firmness of mattress

Very pleased with the service given by Kelly we went into store just for a look as we were unsure what we wanted Kelly advised me to try the bed to see which one would be best for me and asked questions about any pain and the way I sleep then gave us a tour of which mattresses would best suit us very helpful and polite

Helpful and knowledgeable staff to help us make the right choice for us and no hard sell. Also access to history of our previous purchase at Dreams was helpful in our decision.

Claire who helped me with my order had the patience of a saint. In my 3rd visit to the store I finally bought the bed that I originally went in for and she was friendly and patient each time.

Greeted by a really friendly staff member. The bed you lied on to judge your perfect bed was really interesting and hopefully this helped us pick the right bed. We will find out in a few days but overall we had a great experience.
