We were given a great 1:1 shopping experience that allowed us to feel we were really exploring our options and finding what was best for us.

From the minute we walked into the store in Merthyr, we felt very welcome. The staff were very friendly and offered us a drink while we browsed the store. This was the first stop on our hunt for a new bed and mattress and had planned a whole day of searching. The staff were so friendly and helpful that we purchased a Kingsize Bed and Tempur mattress. We did not need to go looking anywhere else. The staff were brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and after a long chat we made the purchase. I will be recommending DREAMS to all my friends and family. What a wonderful experience.

I have never had to buy a mattress before so was very overwhelmed walking into the store. This is something that had always been done by my Mum who has sadly passed away. I have recently moved into a new home and was in need of a mattress. The assistant that helped me Kelly, was very understanding and patient. I would definitely recommend the Merthyr store and Kelly as a sales assistant as her customer service was brilliant and she was easy to talk to.
