Stacey in the Merthyr store served us and she was excellent

We were offered brilliant customer service off the colleague who was dealing with our question, we didn't feel that pressured by colleagues like you some times do in retail places, she just left us to it but was there when we needed question answered. She was lovely to our kids and interacted with them and also offered if we would like any beverages.

Salesperson was very polite,knowledgeable and friendly.

Store assistant was friendly and helpful and I liked the 3d scan analysis which indicated mattresses suitable for me

Was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door the staff were very polite and friendly and allowed me to wander around and see the products when I wanted help a lovely lady came and it was no problem for her to spend time answering all the questions I asked and explained the difference in the beds until I was satisfied with my purchase. Stacy the assistant was extremely patient and showed me all options recommended from mattress test, she was highly knowledgeable, patient,, friendly and very helpful. Manager Claire was also amazing. Excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Process of choosing and ordering amazing.
