I was satisfied with the experience.....

I bought an inflatable air bed yesterday I was told by the sales person to charge the battery up before we go camping I opened the packaging and inflated the mattress I then realised it only inflated by using the mains plug and no battery back up is fitted it is also too large I returned it back to store this afternoon only to be told I could not have a refund as the store manager was on the premises until Friday Surely the store staff should be able to authorise a refund It’s an inconvenience to me as I have to return again to store which is twelve miles from my home

i was blatently lied to about the price/negotionation process of the product ive yet to recieve it and unless this can be addressed i will cancel my order

I was extremely satisfied, Richard the Colleague was cheery, helpful and not intrusive.
