Mark approached us after we had a sufficient amount of time to look round ourselves. This gave us the opportunity to have a feel for ourselves first and not be approached as soon as we walked through the door. As soon as we told mark what we were after, he was extremely helpful and showed us a range of products in different price ranges. Very helpful and friendly!

It was just overall from start to finish very satisfactory. Every question was answer and nothing was too much !

The gentleman that served us (sorry I forgot his name) was very friendly and efficient. We needed a toddler mattress and he asked another colleague to help us with this as she has more experience which I found great. Then he helped us find a new pillow for my partner. From entering the immaculate store me and my daughter. we was approached by your fantastic colleague Mark. I explained how previous mattress I had bought from other stores. Was so uncomfortable. He put me on a bed got me pillows. And the bed then told him what mattress was best for me. Then I went to look at your adjustable beds and choose the one I liked. I loved the pillows as, well. And also bought a tempur cooling pillow for my daughter. At the checkout he explained everything and the discounts and the delivery date. Even made me and my daughter a lovely cup of tea.
