Had to settle on a second choice bed as the first choice did not have adequate storage. We were not made aware that there was an option of sprung slats or solid slats so have now ended up with solid slats when we would have preferred the higher quality alternative.

We had to wait 10 minutes before a sales rep became available. There were only 2 of them on duty. When they did become available we were very happy with the assistance.

Overall experience was satisfactory. A nice touch would be to offer something for free, ie pillows or sheets ect for buying instore. Shop workers were helpful and were quite happy to let me try various beds/mattresses.

My only criticism is that the sales assisstant was a little pushy but did give us time to discuss our options alone before returning.
