I would only be highly satisfied if the beds were half the price

The overall experience was really good. We only came in looking for a replacement mattress and there was a huge selection to choose from. The representative who dealt with our visit was helpful and not too intrusive. There's nothing worse than a representative stalking you around the store trying to jump out on you to make a remark about a sale on something or other that has no relation to what your looking to buy. In store the salesman first understood our needs and presented our best options - he even made a recommendation which in the end was the one we bought. He wasn't overly enthusiastic like most jumped up salesmen but was very friendly and professional and shared his knowledge of warranties and replacement options. I would definitely visit my local branch again whenever I'm in need of bedroom furniture; or indeed a new mattress in a few years time. "Replace every 8" and all that!

Will only give highly satisfied after I've tried your products for at least 30 days.

I was wondering if after ordering our bed and having to wait 4 weeks for delivery and seeing a similar bed in carpet right for less money if we had done the right thing ordering. Store and staff were great though.

I went with my dad and son for my dad to purchase a new mattress , your employee was very helpful showed us all the ones , my dad tried them out because of his arthreus. I was happy but did have a little spat with one of your employees over the way he was selling but I felt he was a bit over bearing and pushy

The overall appearance of the store looks shabby especially upstairs. Although it was clean it looks as though it could do with a good Lick of paint and a thorough deep cleaning. The whole store looks sad and unloved

The staff employed at your Merthyr store were fantastic and extremely helpful, the only issue I have is you do not stock mattresses at your store and can only be collected from your Cardiff warehouses, having a budget and finding out the cost of deliver was a massive surprise just glad the item was on sale and paid the average of what it would have originally cost. Would be more happier if you stocked items like this at store then I would definitely recommend to others.
