Overall I am extremely happy with the service, guideance, knowledge and price. We purchased our first bed from dreams in 2004 and have returned to buy this bed as I believe dreams provide quality!

The salesman was just too much. He was very nice and had a lot of knowledge but he would just not leave us alone - he'd disappear for a few minutes and be back, we didn't have time to discuss or breath and he would be back. Also the free mattress protector was waterproof, I have never slept on anything so uncomfortable before, it was noisy and made both myself and my husband sweat all night. Needless to say it was taken off the next day. Overall, though we are happy with the mattress but ended up paying for a more expensive one than we had originally been looking for, so I suppose you could say that the salesman did his job, even if it was in a really annoying manner.

At the of ordering we were under the impression supported by the sales staff that Revo K H/B purchased with bed was at a discounted price of £95 as shown mark down in the store as previous displayed in Store. However, this was not reflected in the order confirmation notice handed to us and subsequently emailed later on the 2nd October. While we assume that we now receive a new headboard it is irritating that we did receive the discounted price we were under the impression we would received. While accepting that we should have checked the itemise Cusomer copy from what we were verbally told we were of the understanding that we not paying the £179 for thr H/B and the total cost to us should be £84 lower than we ultimately paid.

It's a bed shop, I wanted a bed, I bought a bed, therefore highly satisfied, they had the mattress I wanted and at a good price because of the 30% off
