First salesman with beard hopeless, more concerned with talking about his family than selling, very pushy. The second, kManager was helpful and polite and very efficient . merthyr Tydfil store Happy with purchase although cheaper on the Internet.

It was easy to find help and Kelly had excellent knowledge

ONLY BECAUSE I HAVEN'T RECIEVE THE PRODUCT YET! ASSUMING IT ARRIVES AS PROMISED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS, I WILL BE HIGHLY SATISFIED!

we were welcomed into the store,asked if we would like a coffee or tea .i thought that was really nice.Then the salesman quickly explained how to select the right product for us ,but was not pushy in any way,he left us to try the mattresses out ourselves then, which was another thing we liked. We hate to be badgered in any store. when we came to our own decision we went to the desk and all went professionly and friendly.Now we look forward to receiving our new base matteress and headboard...

There was a sale on but most of the products on display weren't reduced at all. It would be a nice idea if there were examples on display of the inside of each mattress. Like some of the mattresses, they had boxes next to them showing what the inside looked like to get a better idea how it worked. It's a nice little detail that would be great if each mattress on display had.

I didn't find staff terribly pleasant, warm or particularly friendly but quite pushy and 'matter of fact' about dreams' products regardless of my own experience/s and requirements. One associate seemed to have a copious amount of first hand experience on having tried competitors products and spoke negatively, rubbishing them; this made me very sceptical of her and I didn't feel I could trust her advise on anything as I was afraid it was all sales talk to sell me more/certain products.

I was pretty much highly satisified. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and to be honest I never thought in a 100 years I would have bought a new matress when I left home this day. I left to buy a new PC!!

Suprised that the product is so expensive.
