Statistics. Also mere words are woolly-edged and mean different levels as a function of individual expectation and critical values. As you know surveys are easily skewed to influence results. Nevertheless the net experience in the store was satisfactory.

Lots of signs saying sale outside which gor me in, but I paid normal price for everything.

- Could have offered me a wider selection of products due to my needs. Only showed me two products. I would have been happier to have my needs understood better. Plus, when processing my order, I was never showed the overall bill. It was skipped over. The reason I say this as was I was told I would get some free pillows with my mattress purchase. When checking my bill at home. this was not the case.

I was satisfied Kelly who served us was very informative and took s lot of time to explain the products and even went through and priced up a few options for us so we could decide, the only issue I have and I know it’s probably a busy time but we can’t get our product delivered for another month so we ordered on the 27th December and won’t get delivery until the 25th January, I can see this being a real issue with people needing a new bed immediately
