Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

I was greeted with a friendly approach,he was very helpul,as I explained I had a bad back and was looking for comfort,he took me through a few choices which I tried out,he also explained the finance side of the things very clearly,will recommend to friends.

Staff were very friendly. Mike knew the products and spent plenty of time with us to make sure we had everything that we needed and were as happy as possible with our order.

when I went into the store, Mike was more helpful, he came to immediately. once I had made my choice Claire wa excellent going through all of the paperwork. I wa more than pleased.

From the moment I stepped into the store I was treated with the greatest respect. The staff were extremely helpfull and Mike, who we dealt with, was exceptional in his knowledge of the products in store. From a few questions asked he supplied us with the right product for us. All in all a very delightful experience

I was greeted almost immediately by Kelvin [who was on his first day in the store] who made me feel a most valued customer. He had all the time necessary to explain, to answer questions, and then to make helpful suggestions that enabled me to make informed decisions. Both he and the Manageress entered into some gentle banter with each other and with me such that it made parting with #3k a whole lot easier!

This was my first time visiting a Dreams store and I was very impressed with the level of service and range of mattresses. I was served by a very informative and helpful member of staff who advised on my individual requirements.

Prices higher than expected

All round good experience friendly and good advice
