I knew which bed I wanted to look at, I was asked on entering the store if I needed help, Told where bed was, looked at it, came down asked about a mattress, decided quickly after being given info, then went ahead and purchased with the assistant explaining everything all the way through. very pleased...

your employee Mike greeted us with a cheery smile and asked if we would like a coffee or tea which was very welcome! He was very informative and answered my questions very proficiently about the type of mattress I was looking for. All in all all I was very pleased with the service I received at Dreams.

Customer service at the mer thyr store. Was excellent

As soon as I arrived in the store the assistant offered assistant without being pushy. He (Mike) made us feel at ease and was on hand to offer advice in a friendly but professional manner. The customer service delivered by Mike and the friendliness shown by him and by his colleague made all the difference and made us feel comfortable resulting in a sale.

Great and effective assistance from staff...provided ample information and allowed us to sample most products giving us ample time to make sure we purchased the right product for us. Sale was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

We were a bit overwhelmed by the choices available, the sales person was extremely helpful and offered help and advised us based on what the items we were looking to purchase (complete bedroom). We were even given some extra pillows and were encouraged to try the beds out, more than the quick lay down. Great idea actually as you can't really get a feel for the mattresses until you spend a few mins. Wife almost fell asleep, super comfy. We felt comfortable during our visit and would recommend to friend and family. The extra warranty options were also explained to us in detail.
