Sean was very helpful and friendly and helped us decide what was best for us. He was knowledge and helpful without being pushy and gave us time to look around. His knowledge and experience helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress for ourselves. Will highly recommend and use again.

We liked the way the shop was set out the ease of the colour coding of the mattresses and the information provided by the staff Sean in particular and the advice he gave in respect of what we wanted out of the bed lead us to making the right choice for our need

Amazing welcome from the staff. Our sales rep (Mike) was very knowledgeable and made it his personal goal to understand our needs. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed into a purchase which made the experience even more enjoyable. All questions that I put to Mike were answered with facts which developed trust from the start. During our discussion, I mentioned that I was a serving member of HM Forces and Mike informed me that Dreams offer a "Forces discount". This discount made me feel rewarded for my service and I'd like to thank you for this. During this visit, I brought my 9 year old son with me. The team made him feel involved and enjoyed interacting with him. I actually think he enjoyed his visit more than he enjoys going to the park! Overall, an amazing experience which has encouraged me to recommend Dreams to family and friends. I look forward to my next purchase.
