The sales assistant, Kelvin was excellent. We bought a clearance bed and he arranged for free delivery to Bristol, when ordinarily it would not be available for delivery at all! We were very pleased.

The assistant Sion was friendly and welcoming. I noticed he stopped what he was doing to serve me. He took me to where the item I needed was, gave me information on the different options. Even.when the deal was done his smile and warm manner continued.

Dreams Rep Michael (Merthyr Tydfil store) was extremely helpful, explained all the different options and the colour coding etc, and overall was very helpful in meeting our needs. Delivery dates were also sooner than expected.
