Great customer service felt very welcome no hard sale and was left alone until I needed assistance which I like

I was greeted by Kelvin who asked if he could help me to which i said i'd be grateful of,he showed great knowledge in his job giving me plenty of choice and nothing was to much trouble even asked if we wanted a cuppa. He showed excellent customer satisfaction.

Kelvin who served me was friendly and kind making us coffee could do with practice with his coffee but overall satisfied with the impeccable service

I found the sale,s assistant very helpful and was not at all pushy in trying to get a sale .He explained about the different types of mattress and when I wanted to try out the beds lying on them ,he brought me a memory pillow to try .He then offered me to spend time on myself , and said if I needed any help just call for him ,he offered me a cup of tea several times . I found him a very pleasant and knowledgeable about the beds you sell,and this helped me to buy a bed with you.

Very helpful and friendly

On entering the store there was a good selection of beds to try out. The assistant (Kelvin) gave advice when we asked him, his understanding of our requirements was evident, he provided us with a cup of coffee as we browsed and he never appeared to tire of our questions and didn't hover over us but came when we called for yet more information. Overall a very good shopping experience.
