Although the staff were occupied with other shoppers when we arrived we were welcomed to the store and attended to as quickly as possible. Kelly was very helpful and informative.

Our first time buying a bed in store rather than online and it couldn’t be easier! Amy at Merthyr store was so helpful, all of the advise and suggestions were perfect!

Daughters first big bed and the lady who served us Kelly was very professional, met my daughters needs and was very informative of the stock, delivery, quality of matress etc.

Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was easy and managed very well. The products weren't available as fast as we would like but we understand that we were looking relatively last minute

We were greeted by a staff member within good time and without being pushy. We picked our product previously so it was an easy completion. The sales person helped us to understand more about the product the services and delivery. It was a lovely experience.

Amy Harriman the sale assistant who served us was very knowledgeable, friendly and demonstrated that she was keen to ensure we bought the right bed for us.

As soon as I walked in I was approached by a member of staff offering assistance which I needed, I was then offered the sleep system to try which I did, after that I tried many mattresses until I found one which I was satisfied with & subsequently purchased.

Me & the hubby totally dislike going into any shop to purchase essential goods but our double bed has shrunk and we needed to upgrade to a king size. We were so lucky to be supported by a lovely sales lady who didn't make us feel awkward about using the amazing mattress finder. We really didn't want to get off it. We were guided by our personalised plan to the best mattress for us and after trying a few decided on a Flaxby Nature's Duck Pocket sprung k mattress. Thank you Amy
