Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. We found the products on offer to be of high quality at a really good price. Really pleased with the service and our purchase. Can't wait until our products are delivered. Will be looking forward to going to bed!

I arrived at the store with my youngest son William, generally just checking out a new bed for him. We were greeted warmly by a lovely lady called Kelly whose advice and lovely disposition led to us purchasing a bed from the store. At no time did I feel that I was under any pressure and Kelly was very kind, making me coffee and ensuring that William had a drink too. Although she was quite new to her role, she was supported by her colleagues who were equally pleasant. I received excellent advice and Kelly ensured that we were shown cheaper alternatives in order to keep our price down despite my finally electing to purchase a luxury bed. We must have mulled over our decision for almost two hours and at no time did I feel obliged to order: instead Kelly and her team were friendly, informative and made the whole process a pleasure. It is likely that I will purchase another King size bed of the same calibre (for myself) in the very near future and will make sure that I do so from the same store. Thank you all very much.
