we had been to the store a few times over a couple of weeks as the wife just couldn't make her mind up, the staff offered us a cup of tea/coffee just after we arrived and explained that we could take any of the pillows on show and place them on the mattress that we were thinking of buying so we could test everything out at the same time, this was very handy in helping my wife finally make a decision

The staff were very friendly but left us to our own devices when browsing so not to hover over us. when we looked like we had a question they appeared straight away.

Salesman was helpful but not pushy.

The team were very efficient, helpful and pleasant throughout, right down to the cup of coffee.

Kelvin was a great guy took the time to understand my partners needs as she is seeing a chiropractor for hip and back issues. He gave us plenty of ideas for support and comfort and recommended spinal alignment pillow on top. He made a cracking cup of tea as we were in the store for quite some time trying the different beds and sofa beds. Very helpful and knowledgeable guy!
