Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

I went in to dreams to see products that I had already seen online and to test mattresses out. Kelly at the Merthyr Tydfil store helped me by using the mattress tester to identify what mattress most suited me. She offered me and my family a drink while we waited and was more than happy to show us around. Her product knowledge was very good and she was happy to tell us her experiences. When it came to buying the bed frame - she was very helpful finding out the costs/deals that were available and checked multiple delivery dates for us. When one frame I liked online was not in store - she got one of her colleagues who had seen it to describe the bed and give her opinion. I was very impressed with my experience as I felt it wasn't about selling me a bed but getting the right deal and bed for me!

We were made to feel right at home from the off we were shown the new machine that worked out what type of mattress that suited us Claire our assistant was very good at her job her P.R skills were of a very high level all in all a very good experience 10/10
