Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

I visited the store in Merthyr Tydfil to purchase a single bed for my daughter and the spare room. I wanted a bed with storage initially I saw a bed online but having spoken with Amy at the store she recommended the Francis Ottoman and explained the benefits and that it would have the longevity I was after as beds are fairly expensive and I was on a budget and Amy took all these factors into consideration when recommending the bed I purchased. She didn't push me to add other things on bit I did take up the bed cover as my daughter is young and wanted the extra protection to avoid the possibility of any failures in the bed which hopefully there will be none

My wife and I found Kelly to professional, an excellent listener, courteous, informative, friendly and we had an excellent rapport with her. Will definitely recommend her as an excellent staff member of your Company.
