Got everything i wanted and the sales person was helpful in understanding what i was looking for and what might suit me better. Picked up that i was only ok with my initial choice that i had researched online and offered another option which was so much better.

Having explained what we were after, and been shown all the options for the bed base, we were then offered the experience of the mattress selection machine, which we found very helpful in making our final choice.

From start to finish everything was explained to us and after the computerised bed test we were encouraged to take as long as necessary to try out the recommendations. The purchase took no time at all. Amy 95 was excellent.

Kelvin made the shopping experience calm and easy going. He is a warm hearted gentleman whom I greatly recommend as a customer service agent. A family man who did the best he could for my needs and it was more than satisfactory.

Matress super comfy and good price.

The assistants were knowledgable . They advised me of the right mattress for my bad back and put me on the new machine which computerised the best mattresses for my condition.

I was unsure of the type of beds I wanted for a spare room for 2 of my grandchildren Kelly came along after giving me quiet time looking around the store then she guided me through what I wanted until we found the exact type of beds that would suit my needs.
