Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

We were allowed to explore the store with the knowledge that there was help if we needed it. When we needed some assistance Mark Williams was there to help and offer advice. We tried the mattress machine to see which was right for us and Mark then helped me make a decision. He was so helpful and made me feel at ease especially when I’m quite an indecisive person.

Only went for a look at what was available but was very impressed at what was there and a selection

When we arrived at the store the greeting was warm and friendly nothing was too much trouble the assistant even help with the measurements of each unit even showed us different option which we were very grateful, refreshment were offered and the whole experience was pleasant and jovial i would have no problem with recommending this store to family and friends.

Good customer service from team and Claire. Able to listen to needs and recommend products withing price range. Didn't feel pressured to commit to sale. Clean store, offered hot drinks which was unexpected but a lively gesture.

Went in to take a look, without the intention to purchase on this visit. Greeted by assistants but put under no pressure and allowed to roam without being hassled. Found the right mattress for us and purchased there and then because the price was right for us.

We were helped quickly but not in a pushy manner. We had a scan lying on a bed which was bizarre but the guy serving us (Lee) was very friendly and helped us understand the process with appropriate humor that suited me and my partner very well. Just really easy and didn't feel pressured in any way. He's got good experience with the process :)

Assistants were very helpful, not pushy and were prepared to spend as much time as needed. It basically came down to that.

We were highly satisfied with our visit because the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't buy the bed we originally wanted as the colour was different than shown on the website but we have purchased another bed ( a bit pricey! ) but we are very happy with our purchase. The staff at your store in Merthyr ( Lee ) made is so easy to buy a bed for our house. He is a credit to your store.

Service was excellent from start to finish.
