Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

On entering the Merthyr Tydfil store I was aproached by a sales colleague, who pointed me in the right direction of the type of bed that I was looking for. He suggested for me to have a look around and that there were more beds upstairs. I really appreciated that he let myself and my daughter to have a look around and that he wasn't pushing us for a sale as you get in other places. It was a relaxed, but professional shopping trip. Considering we only went to have a look, we actually ended up purchasing a white wooden bed. The only down fall was that the earliest delivery slot available was mid January, I put my concerns to the colleague stating that perhaps I should buy in January sales, just in case the bed has a sale. But he reassured me that if the bed gets reduced before my delivery date, I will get the bed at sale price. So over all I was impressed and ended up purchasing the bed

I first walked and was welcomed with a massive hello and if you need any help we are here for you , then was asked did I want a cuppa tea which was amazing , then they showed me on to a test bed which was fantastic so was well impressed with the whole visit and shop great staff

We were met on entering the store we were greeted by Kelly. She was with us all the way through and there was nothing too much trouble for her. We explained as to what we wanted and why, we were taken around the store to see all the mattresses that would fit our needs. We were offered a coffee and were we dealt with in a very polite way all the way through our purchase. Apart from me having to part with money (ha-ha.) a very pleasant and pleasing experience. Thank you, Kelly.

We browsed at our own pace, and we're then talked through everything we wanted by a friendly competent salesperson.

I purchased the bed at Dreams Merthyr, Lee Morris customer advisor was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, answered all questions asked, showing a range of beds that would be suitable for me needs, after using the bed match assessment.

Was looking for a specific size bed not standard so pleased they had one was easy to order and arrange delivery
