Our Sales person was Amy. She was very attentive and a good listener. We had purchased a bed only 6 months previously with a different sales person and our daughter had used the electronic bed to gauge her ideal bed. Amy explained the benefits of the machine to our son and he was duly matched up with a number of beds. Amy then asked our son to try out each bed.

Matt, the Customer Asviser who helped us, was courteous and knowledgable, assisting us in making a purchase. We also liked the automated service to select a mattress.

Lee was lovely he explained everything, I knew what I wanted and he helped me to find it.
