The Staff were friendly and informative, didn't feel rushed and was able to explain our needs. We were shown a number of options and were able to purchase (hopefully) the best mattress for my husband's needs.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. When the woman who greeted us heard that we weren't quite sure what kind of mattress we wanted or needed, she suggested we use the sleep simulator bed - this was amazing! I didn't know this kind of technology existed! It made me feel confident that the mattresses we were then shown were really matched to our bodies and needs. The woman who helped us was friendly, charismatic and helpful. Not over the top or too much, but just right. She gave us options and made sure we left with our free pillows! We ended up ordering a bed frame, a mattress, two bedside tables and a blanket box. We are so happy with our purchases and CAN'T WAIT until they arrive. Our search for a comfortable bed has taken us six months and we were thrilled to put an end to it this past weekend at Dreams. Thank you!!

Very helpful and pleasant chap who dealt with us, without hassling us at all. Very efficient and knew the products inside out. Prices seem fair - we have dealt with this store a few times and are always happy.

The greeting from the staff member Claire was really nice made us feel comfortable and pointed us in the right direction of what we were looking for , the next lady who helped us I can't remember her name but she was really knowledgeable about the product that we were looking at and very efficient and telling us about the product, price and delivery terms . We had no idea of what we were going into spend and we spent alot lol but we left more than happy I'm just hoping the price of what we paid actually lives upto our expectation.

Friendly staff and plenty of choice

we visited the store one day to look at the style of beds available, we then did some research online and also phoned the store and we spoke to (Claire) and she gave us the information we needed and then we went back to look again at the beds, we were very pleased with the time spent with us discussing our options and both store assistants helped with our choIce of bed and delivery times were given which fitted into our time line and we bought the bed and mattress there and then because our experience was so good the assistants went above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend them. We were offered refreshments and they spent time giving us advice and help with the choice of beds for our needs in our new B & B.

Very helpful staff and enabled me to get the correct mattress for my comfort.

Sales assistant Amy was very welcoming , helpful and was able to help us find the perfect bed combination.
