We were served by Kam who helped us by completing a sleep analysis with us and then showing us different options that would be suitable. She was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful without being pushy. She was very clear with all information provided and we left with what we wanted.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a Salesman, who then passed us onto one of his colleagues, who then listened to what we wanted. He explained everything to us, led us to where we needed to be, offered us a cup of coffee and then left us to try out the mattresses and didnt pressure us in any way. He was very helpful. He answered all our questions and put us on the right track.

Visited twice to choose the bed and then purchase. Very helpful staff and shop was clean. The bed diagnostic tool was a pretty cool feature and I’m Happy I’ve got the bed best suited to me.
