When we entered the store, we were feeling nervous about trying out the beds because of the Coronavirus situation, but from the start Zach (who served us) couldn’t have been more reassuring and helpful. We used the special bed that tells you what you need, and that along with our particular need for a cool mattress, enabled Zach to show us a wide range, including a cool pillow! We are very pleased with the one we chose, and are looking forward to it’s arrival. We also needed a single bed and mattress for our spare room, and again Zach helped us to find one that was just right for us. We have to say that we were very impressed with the service we received from Zach, and the things that were put in place to protect us. This included payment too, wiping down the card machine etc., Brilliant! Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.

Friendly knowledgeable staff with good product knowledge

Fantastic customer service, welcomed straight away by the store manager who took the time to ask what we were looking for and fully explained the pros and cons to each mattress type, sorted out lots of different aspect and consistently aimed to get us the best product within our budget, came in looking for a new mattress came out with a double bed, mattress, headboard, quilt and mattress protector! Great salesman!
