Hi my customer service was amazing named Hayden he took time to do what he felt was right for my needs n benefit as Iv got problems with hips and back, he was very helpful n went beyond to give me the best results I couldn’t of asked more, the whole team at dreams was great but Hayden was amazing n I’d recommend his experience n welcoming to anyone I know that is looking for anything from dreams, he deserves a medal thank u dreams for helping at such a bleak time

Salesman was very good did not feel under pressure but helpful and informative although I do think given the amount of money spent and told that I would need a protected it should have been included in the price

We were greeted by friendly helpful staff (cliff) who took time to listen to our needs. We were offered the mattress assessment which we took and were able to trial mattresses with pillows to ensure we were able to get a good match with products. During the consultation we were offered drinks. A very positive experience
