We were welcomed and used the sanitisers. We were offered a drink. We were provided with a pillow each while looking at products. We were given a sleepmatch experience to ascertain what type of mattress would suit us. We were assisted to several mattresses to try out and when we made our decision our man Nick explained all about it prior to us making our purchase. Very good experience.

There should have been covers for the pillows,but the delivery had not turned up.I do not feel a spray to be adequate.
