Neriman and Ollie were extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. Once they'd pointed me in right direction (having fully understood my requirements)they left me to browse further before making a decision.

Easy to speak to, easy to purchase, easy to deliver, was good in knowledge, catered to our needs, was extremely friendly, store had plenty to chose from, we were very happy

The staff were nice and friendly and the quality of products is amazing. However some mattresses in the show room were dirty.

Hayden was attentive but not pushy also very knowledgeable. We found out at the end he had only been there a few months but he was confident and showed understanding from our conversation and guided us to various mattresses that would most likely suit us

Ollie was great, not a forceful sales person, allowed us to look at whatever we needed and let us come to a decision without being pushy. Knowledgeable and friendly.

We were met at the door by Haydon, he took us through the process of looking for what we needed, explained in detail the pro's and con's of the different products and what would suit our needs best and which product was within our price range, this was a very important point in our case as we are pensioners. He was very understanding and helped us a lot.

We were greeted on entering the store and offered assistance. We undertook the sleep assessment and we’re shown mattress options. The member of staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and gave us time to make a choice.

We visited Dreams looking for a new mattress for my wife who suffers from lower back pain. Ollie who looked after us spent time listening before assisting us by putting us on the sleep match and then showing us the recommended mattresses. He was thorough, knowledgable, personable and we felt in very good hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back
