Nick, who helped up pick our bed, listened to what we were looking for and showed us bed that fitted our criteria. It felt like Nick wanted us to get the mattress that suited us best and not the just most expensive as it can feel in other bed stores. This is why we took his advise when he detailed the pros of a better quality mattress, which helped greatly in our final decision.

Zach was very helpful friendly and informative in helping me make a final decision on my mattress purchase. He discussed the interior make up of the Hypnos mattress in comparison with others and was very knowledgeable and not pressuring at all.

We were given time, care and attention to discuss our needs and options. Everything clearly explained. Social distancing and other precautions sensibly exercised and a good overall customer experience (given time to consider, test products and offered a drink etc.)
