We were greeted by a member of staff (Toni), we discussed our requirements provided excellent service, explained how you use computer imagery to check how we sleep, check which mattress was right for us. Using this detail, Toni presented a range of suitable products, talked through each and made the selection easier for us. The best experience we have had when looking for replacement mattress.

I found it very easy to come in, try the products I was interested in online and the salesperson, Nick, was very helpful with arranging the purchase.

On entering the store I was asked if I needed help and I was really well looked after from that point untill I left the shop having organised delivery of the new mattress and disposal of the old one
