My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with service from Ade the store manager. He made certain that we understood every single detail of the financial arrangements and the delivery situation. We’re very satisfied customers and highly rate Ade and his team.

Cliff was brilliant, he catered for all our needs. He was very knowledgable! The sleep test machine was also very good gave us confidence in we were choosing the right bed.

We arrived late in the afternoon but were immediately made to feel welcome. We explained that we wanted to purchase a new mattress. We were offered coffee whilst "Ollie" explained that your "assessment" device would enable him to ascertain the exact type to meet our needs. After the assessment we were shown and tried out 5 different beds to ascertain the type that best suited us. Having made our decision with Ollies help he carefully explained the properties and features of Tempure compared to other types of support and explained the offers available from Dreams, guarantees and delivery. Ollie was extremely helpful throughout. We were delighted with the service and duely ordered and paid for a new bed. Well doone.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable regarding the mattress that we finally chose and it demonstrated to us that it was the ideal one to suit all our needs, especially mine as I have a number of medical problems particularly in my lower back, left hip and asthma. I tried out the mattress and felt very relaxed and comfortable and felt no pain for the first time in many months. We cannot praise the care and concern that we received from the salesperson and we would definately recommend Dreams to anybody that was looking for a new bed.

Quick attention without being pushy, excellent knowledge

Haydn the salesman was so very helpful and thoughtful to my wife and myself considering our ages and that my wife has a problem with mobility. We will definetly always use dreams in the future.

Very straightforward, quick and easy. The staff were very helpful but we did not feel pressured at all to make a decision.

Cliff was excellent. He provided us with all the information we needed to make the right choice. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

We were given plenty of time to try out all the different tension options and given advice on what products would be best suited to our build. We weren’t pressurised into making a selection based on price but were left to make the final decision. The store felt clean and safe and parking was a bonus
